The vacuum drying process control can provide programmed vacuum circulation, simply set the highest and lowest vacuum degree values according to your requirements, and further shorten the drying time. For example, controlling the vacuum cycle through a program and setting a minimum vacuum degree of 50PaThe maximum vacuum degree is 900PaThe number of cycles is 6, and the drying process is shown in the figure. As each cycle progresses, the humidity continuously decreases and the drying speed significantly increases, with a maximum cycle count of up to 99 times.
The vacuum drying oven uses digital technology to control the vacuum degree, and "manual control" has long been a thing of the past.
