With the continuous advancement of vacuum drying technology, the method of controlling temperature to dry samples under vacuum conditions is also receiving increasing attention. Compared with conventional drying methods, it has the following advantages:

1The vacuum environment greatly reduces the boiling point of the liquid that needs to be expelled, so vacuum drying can be easily applied to thermosensitive substances.

2For samples that are not easily dried, such as powders or other granular samples, vacuum drying can effectively shorten the drying time.

Although vacuum drying technology has many advantages, the manufacturing process of the drying oven is more complex compared to ordinary ovens, and the requirements for product quality are also stricter. The vacuum drying process control can provide programmed vacuum circulation, simply set the highest and lowest vacuum degree values according to your requirements, and further shorten the drying time. For example, controlling the vacuum cycle through a program and setting a minimum vacuum degree of 50PaThe maximum vacuum degree is 900PaThe number of cycles is 6, and the drying process is shown in the figure. As each cycle progresses, the humidity continuously decreases and the drying speed significantly increases, with a maximum cycle count of up to 99 times.

The vacuum drying oven uses digital technology to control the vacuum degree, and "manual control" has long been a thing of the past. Do you still think that in the 21st century, manual lever operated valves can accurately control vacuum levels? By using a digital vacuum gauge to automatically control the vacuum degree, we provide you with more precise and effective vacuum degree control. Through the panel, it is easy to control the vacuum degree between any two points or areas within the range of 5-1 1.0x10 to 1.0x10 (Pa), with a control accuracy of ± 1%. The vacuum gauge uses a resistive silicon tube pressure sensor to ensure stable pressure values, which are not affected by airflow and are transmitted to the vacuum gauge LED display screen.

BPZ-LC has 30 temperature programmable functions: in addition to traditional platform mode program control, which means "temperature~constant temperature time of this temperature", BPZ-LC also includes slope mode program control, which needs to be defined in the "temperature time temperature" format: the time required to rise or fall from a certain temperature to another temperature, so as to accurately achieve rate control of the rise or fall process. So that you can achieve controllability in every process of temperature increase, constant temperature, or decrease throughout the entire temperature experiment.
